HOW CAN I BOOK A MAKEUP APPOINTMENT?
We’d love to do your makeup! Appointments are booked individually online through our booking system. The process is simple:

  1. Click on book now
  2. Select your date and time
  3. Add in your details
  4. Booking complete

It’s as simple as that!

I'VE BOOKED MY APPOINTMENT, NOW WHAT?

All bookings other than weddings (which are full day bookings) are based on one-hour timeslots. Should the booking exceed the one hour for an uncontrollable reason, the additional time will be billed.

Additionally, transport fees will be billed for depending on the location of the appointment.

HOW DO I BOOK A SEAT AT ONE OF THE ONQ MAKEUP WORKSHOP?
Click on workshops in the top navigation, select the relevant workshop you would like to attend, click on book now, add the workshop to your cart, view cart and checkout. You will receive an email verifying all your details.
I'VE MADE A WORKSHOP DEPOSIT, NOW WHAT?

Your deposit is made to ensure your intent of attending the workshop. Two weeks prior to the Exclusive Workshop or 24 hours prior to the Group and One on One booking, we will send through a confirmation email to process the balance payment of the workshop on your card used previously for the deposit payment.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY BOOKING?
Login to your profile, click on the relevant booking, select the new date & time and send your request through to our team. We will then get back to you in 24 hours if the new date is available.

Should you like to cancel your booking, this is no problem. Login to your profile, click on the relevant booking and cancel.

DO I GET MY DEPOSIT REFUNDED ON MY BOOKINGS?

Should you cancel within 2 weeks of your Exclusive Workshop or before 24 hours of your One on One or Group Workshop booking, a full refund will be given. However, should you not cancel before the given timeframes, the deposit will be non-refundable as a cancellation fee.

NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR THE MAKEUP WORKSHOP?
